Free Ten Commandments Coloring Sheets and Memory Match Game

🌟 Greetings!

It's been a busy fall here at Teach for Jesus. We have been doing story time at our church and leading Good News Club at our local elementary school. These ministry opportunities are so much fun and our favorite part of our week!

Are you interested in starting a story time at your church? Here's some tips!

🌟 Bible Story Time

Theme: Pick a theme and center your stories around that theme. Fun themes may include the Fruit of the Spirit, Bible Heroes, Christian Nursery Rhymes, Life of Jesus, Holidays, etc.

Where: Pick a consistent day and time to do the story time each week. Ask your church if they would host one and make a flyer on Canva to advertise.

Main Verse: Pick a verse to act out and repeat throughout the story time.

Books: Choose 3-4 books related to your theme.

Activities: Young kids have short attention spans. Try alternating between activities. For example, read a book and then stand up and sing a favorite Bible song. Read another book and do a fingerplay activity.

On another note, we've created some new 10 Commandments resources. They are only free for the next 48 hours so make sure you grab yours today!

We hope you enjoy these fun resources!

God Bless!

In this print-and-go lesson, kids will:• Hear the story of St. Patrick and his missionary work• Memorize Isaiah 6:8 – “Here am I. Send...

💕 Happy Valentine's Day Weekend! 💕 I know it's quite not the weekend but we've already had the opportunity to hand out Valentine's Day gifts to several groups this week. I wanted to share with you this free coloring sheet that we gave out as our Valentine's Day cards. We rolled them up like a scroll, tied them with a pretty ribbon, and then attached a card from us. Kids could take them home and color them. I love Valentine's Day because it's a great way to hand out Jesus themed cards to...
